Organizations

You can use organizations in Markprompt to keep track of your customers.

Creating an organization

To create an organization, go to the Organizations tab of the Customers page in the Markprompt dashboard. Click “New organization”, and fill in the organization’s name and details.

Managing customers via domains

You can also add domains to an organization to automatically assign new customers to organizations based on their email domains. Auto-assigning customers to organizations works across all communication channels, including email and Slack, as long as the customer’s email address is available to Markprompt.
